    1. We do spend time researching and vetting resources we include on our website. However, this blog that you reference is a blog that is quite dated at this point (from 2013)–because blogs are a “snippet” in time, we don’t typically update their content. However, we do have a more recently updated and regularly reviewed article available-https://www.oncolink.org/support/nutrition-and-cancer/during-and-after-treatment/resources-for-more-information-nutrition-during-treatment. Because this is an article it is reviewed at least every 2 years. I hope this is helpful to you.

    1. Yes that blog is older but also an important part of our history. You can find more resources herehttps://www.oncolink.org/support/nutrition-and-cancer/during-and-after-treatment/resources-for-more-information-nutrition-during-treatment

This article is updated every two years whereas blogs are more “in the moment” pieces. I hope you find this article helpful.

  1. That is the BS !!!
All nutrition sites have different numbers for the same product… Close numbers but still different
Been trying to build a balanced diet table but couldn’t for that reason

  2. It provides a curated list of reliable websites for health and nutrition information, offering valuable resources for anyone looking to improve their diet or learn more about nutrition. Highlighting authoritative sites like the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Nutrition.gov, this guide serves as an essential tool for finding credible and useful dietary advice online.
