Its that time of year again – Medicare open enrollment! This is the one time of year when Medicare recipients can make changes to their Medicare coverage, like changing from traditional Medicare to a Medicare Advantage Plan, changing your Medigap coverage or changing your Medicare part D coverage. Its important as a consumer and a patient to understand terminology about health insurance, possible out of pocket expenses and how to communicate with your insurance company about your needs. If you are a Medicare recipient and looking for ways to maximize your coverage and minimize your costs, this is the workshop for you!
