Katrina Claghorn is an Advanced Practice Clinical Dietitian Specialist at the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania. She is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. In addition to medical nutritional therapy, her practice includes cancer prevention nutrition, complementary and alternative nutritional therapies, and weight management. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Art History and worked in market research. She then completed her undergraduate course work in nutrition at Immaculata College and then subsequently received a Master in Health Administration at St. Joseph’s University.
